Excel Cell Debuts EPV Series MOSFET Drivers

Excel Cell Electronic Co Ltd. (Taiwan) debuted its EPV Series of MOSFET drivers, which are suitable for telecommunications, programmable controller and MOSFET/IGBT driver applications, and feature an I/O isolation of 3.75 kV and no EMI/RFI generation. The devices are rated at 1.7 V, 10 µA and feature turn-on and turn-off times of 0.2 ms and 50 µs, respectively, and an isolation resistance of 10 gigaohms (minimum).
