SatCon Technology Corp. (Cambridge, MA) has filed a registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission for a proposed public offering of shares of its common stock.
The offering is being lead-managed by CIBC World Markets Corp., and the
co-managers will be Banc Of America Securities LLC and FAC/Equities, a
division of First Albany Corporation.
