Intersil Corp. (Milpitas, CA) named Tom Tokos as its new Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. Tokos will oversee the company's legal affairs, and as Corporate Secretary will serve as an executive officer of Intersil. Prior to joining Intersil, Tokos was Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Asyst Technologies, a semiconductor equipment designer and manufacturer.
