Emerson (St. Louis, MO) is announcing the formation of a new company in Venezuela, to be known as Emerson Network Power Systems of Venezuela. The company will be a division within Emerson Network Power, and will work to provide customer solutions in the Venezuelan market, including UPS systems, climate and environmental systems, dc power systems, automatic transfer switches, and power-distribution units. Formation of the new company followed the recent acquisition by Emerson of PyS Digital CA, a Liebert distributor in Venezuela.
