di/dt Introduces Japanese-Language Website

July 17, 2001 by Jeff Shepard

di/dt Inc. announced the introduction of its new Japanese-language website, http://www.didtjapan.com. The new site offers complete company information, a listing of di/dt's full line of dc/dc quarter-brick converters, and product briefs for each converter, all written in Japanese. The site also provides links to electronics publications and associations and will post application notes as they become available.

"Japan is a major center for growth and development in the areas of telecommunications, data communications, wireless and servers," explained Dr. Apurba Roy, president and CEO of the company. "di/dt's products are vital to these industries. We offer a comprehensive portfolio of next-generation 48V and 24V input-isolated dc/dc converters. Our Q Series of 30A converters provide thermal performance that far exceeds all quarter-bricks and even exceeds existing 30A half-bricks. Our new QL48 family converters provide high-efficiency, single-stage conversion directly from a 48V bus to sub-volt levels. We feel it is essential to make comprehensive product information easily and readily available to engineers in Japan."
