Wuxi Xuyang Electronics Presents K Series SIDACs

Wuxi Xuyang Electronics Co. Ltd. (China) announced its new K Series of bi-directional thyristor diodes (SIDACs), available in DO-15 and DO-201A packages, which are designed for use in pulse generators, LPG/LNG ignition switches and high-voltage lamp triggers. The bi-directional voltage triggered switches offer a maximum breakover current of 0.1mA and a minimum blocking voltage of 75V. The devices have a peak off-state current of 10µA and a continuous on-state current of 1A. Maximum holding current is 100mA, while maximum surge current is 20A.
