Trigger Ent. Co. Ltd. (Taiwan) introduced the TRQ21A1 Series HF surface-mount inductors, which feature sub-miniature dimensions measuring 2mm x 1.2mm, facilitating high-density mounting. Applications are in mobile phones and other communications devices.
The inductors exhibit inductance values ranging from 3.3nH to 470nH at 100MHz. Their dc resistance is rated from 50milliohms to 2.8ohms. Self-resonant frequency is from 350MHz to 6GHz. Maximum allowable current is from 160mA to 1.32A. The devices are screened for operation from -25 to +85 degrees C.
