TDK Innoveta Intros New Pico Brick iPB Series

TDK Innoveta Inc. (Plano, TX) introduced its new Pico Brick iPB Series of dc/dc power converters, which deliver 10A of regulated power from a 1.155in x 1.2in (29.3mm x 30.5mm), surface-mount footprint. The iPB Series accepts a wide-range 36V to 75V input, converting to output voltages between 1.5V and 5V. Standard offerings currently include 1.5V, 1.8V, 2.5V, 3.3V and 5V, with output power reaching 35W. All products feature 1,500V basic isolation.

The Pico Brick is suitable for spot-power requirements, where cost and board area are critical, but isolation is preferred or required. The new Pico Brick features a compact square footprint with easy surface-mount assembly, a low profile 0.35in (8.8mm) height, a thermal performance of 70°C, a

full load with forced air at 85°C, on/off control, remote sense, output trim, input under-voltage protection, over-current protection, over-temperature protection, and output over-voltage protection.
