Dongguan Richwell Electronics Co. Ltd. (China) introduced its new SBY1E473KxxS505 ceramic capacitor, which is targeted for use in power supplies and monitors. With low internal impedance, it also features a single-layer capacitance type, 1 nF to 100 nF capacitance range and ±10 percent tolerance.
The multi-functional capacitor has a rated voltage of 16 V to 50 V, a temperature coefficient of ±10 percent, a frequency range of 0.9 kHz to 1.1 kHz, a dielectric strength of 100 Vdc and insulation resistance of 1,000 Mohms. The lead length is 10 mm, and the pitch/lead spacing is 5 mm. The operating temperature range is between -25 °C and +85 °C.
