Dongguan Richwell Electronics Co. Ltd. (China) introduced its HBY1H101KXXA516 low-impedance ceramic capacitors, which feature capacitances ranging from 0.1 nF to 10 nF with a tolerance of ±10 percent.

Suitable for power supplies and monitors, the devices have a rated voltage of 50 V to 2 kV, a temperature coefficient of ±10 percent, an operating frequency range of 0.9 kHz to 1.1 kHz; a dielectric strength of 125 Vdc (maximum), an insulation resistance of 10 gigaohms, and a pitch of 5 mm. The ceramic capacitors operate in temperatures ranging from -25 °C to +85 °C.
