RayComm Debuts WA0101 Series Front-End Modules

Raycomm Microwave Technologies Corp. (Taiwan) debuted its WA0101 Series of 5.15GHz to 5.85GHz RF front-end modules that are designed for 802.11a WLAN applications, and are fully compatible with 802.11a solutions. Made possible through the LTCC process, the modules integrate a high-power PA, high-gain LNA, a DP2T diversity switch, high-precision balun, and high-performance filters. Measuring 18mm x 18mm x 3mm, the product features a 19dB power gain and a 13dB signal gain. The WA0101 Series is available in a 20-pin LGA package.
