Low RDS(on), High-Speed Switching -30V P-Channel MOSFETs

Torex Semiconductor Ltd. has launched three new products of XP23 series (-30V withstand voltage) for MOSEFET. The products which released this time are general-purpose P-channel MOSFET with low on resistance and high speed switching.
They can be used for various applications such as relay circuits and switching circuits. The gate protection diode is built-in as a static protection.
Furthermore, this series are in a compact SOT-23 (TO-236) (2.9 X 2.4 X 1.15mm high) package with contributing space saving.
Devices and ratings:
- XP231P0201TR, RDS(on) = 5Ω @ VGS = -4.5V
- XP232P0501TR, RDS(on) = 1.25Ω @ VGS = -4.5V
- XP233P1501TR, RDS(on) = 0.19Ω @ VGS = -10V
These environmentally-friendly products comply with the EU RoHS Directive and are lead-free.
