Joyin Announces New Inverter Module

Joyin Co. Ltd. (Taiwan) announced its new inverter module, which is claimed to drive up to seven LCD panels, and deliver an efficiency of 80 to 85 percent. It is designed to drive up to 16 CCFL lamps.

The 1.5W device operates at a frequency range of 100Hz to 2kHz and is suitable for use in TFT-LCD monitors, TET LCD panels, PDAs and DSCs with display sizes of 6.4in, 8.4in, 10.4in, 12.1in, 15in, 17in and 18in.
