Goodwork Intros SM4001M-4003M Silicon Rectifiers

Goodwork Semiconductor Co. Ltd. (Taiwan) revealed its new miniature 1A/200V SM4001M to SM4003M silicon rectifiers, suitable for surface-mount applications, which feature built-in strain relief and high surge current capability. Available in a molded plastic case, the product features solder plated, solderable per MIL-STD-202F terminals, and color-band-cathode, end polarity.

The rectifiers feature 50V to 200V recurrent peak-reverse voltage, 35Vrms to 140Vrms voltage, and 50V to 200V dc blocking voltage. The devices offer a junction capacitance of 15pF and thermal resistance of 60°C/W. The operating and storage temperature range is from -65°C to +150°C.
