Global Mixed-Mode Technology Inc. (China) announced its new G1540 12MHz quad rail-to-rail I/O op amps, which are offered in 14-pin TSSOPs and are designed for use as voltage buffers in TFT-LCD column drivers, battery-powered portable equipment, signal-conditioning devices and other low-power, high-voltage applications. They feature a quiescent current of only 0.5mA.
The G1540 op amps are specified with a unity-gain bandwidth of 7MHz. The operating voltage ranges from 5V to 12V. The output slew rate is 10V/µs. The devices operate over temperatures ranging from -40 to +85 degrees C.
Pricing is $0.60 to $0.80 each.
