Diotec Launches Slim Profile Rectifiers in PowerSMD Package

The PPS1045 and PPS1545 in the slim profile PowerSMD package offered by Diotec are rated at 10A and 15A respectively. These 45V Schottky rectifiers fit to existing industry standard footprints for this package. Main applications for this new product are output rectification in power supplies, e.g. for tablet PCs, and also for ultra-thin junction boxes for solar modules.
