Diing Tai Electronics Intros DSD Series Thermistors

Diing Tai Electronics Co. Ltd. (Taiwan) announced the new DSD-Sensor Series of NTC thermistors, which operate over the -30°C to +100°C temperature range and withstand 500Vdc for 1 minute. The devices have a thermal time constant between 8 seconds and 35 seconds and dissipate 7mW/°C to 12mW/°C.

The thermistors are available with a PVC wire measuring 22AWG to 30AWG, and also have a disc diameter of 1mm, 2mm and 5mm. Resistance values are between 45 ohms and 1 megohm (5mm); 15 ohms to 200 kiloohms (2mm); and 5 kiloohms, 10 kiloohms and 100 kiloohms (1mm) with ±1, ±3, ±5 or ±10 percent tolerance.
