Delta Electronics Intros E24SR DC-DC Power Converters

Delta Electronics Inc. (Chungli, Taiwan), a leader in power systems technology and manufacturing, introduced the E24SR eighth-brick converter, the latest addition to its Delphi Series of board-mounted, dc-dc power converters. With optimized component placement, creative design topology and patented technologies, the E24SR converter delivers efficiencies that translate into more board space at less cost for space-constrained and cost-sensitive applications.

The E24SR, 24 V input, single-output, isolated dc-dc converter, delivers up to 25 A of output current or 66 W in an industry-standard footprint and pin out. The E24SR converter operates from an input voltage of 18 V to 36 V, and is available in output voltages from 1.2 V to 15 V. Typical efficiency for this module at 3.3 Vin at 20 A output is 90.5%.

Sample quantities of Delta’s Delphi Series E24SR converters are now available. In OEM quantities of 1,000 pieces, the unit price is $37. Standard lead-time for this product is from stock to eight weeks, depending on the output and volume.
