Central Semi Introduces 1.0A, 50V Dual Schottky Rectifiers

Central Semiconductor’s CTLSH1-50M832DS dual 1.0A, 50V, low VF Schottky rectifiers packaged in the TLM832DS package were designed for applications where small size and operational efficiency are prime requirements. This device exhibits a maximum power dissipation of 1.65W with a very small footprint (approximately equal to the SOT-23) and is capable of dissipating up to four times the power of similar products in comparably sized surface mount packages.
