May 16, 2002 by Jeff Shepard

B&K Precision Corp. (Yorba Linda, CA) introduced a new 10MHz pulse generator, the Model 4030, to its line of test equipment. Utilizing a standard 115Vac power source, the Model 4030 is capable of producing pulsed waveforms with variable symmetry and amplitude to test for a variety of applications, including digital logic circuits, shift registers and opto-isolators, and different logic families.

The Model 4030 features a manual mode that allows one pulse to be generated each time a pushbutton is pressed, a normal or inverted polarity pushbutton, an external triggering mode that allows the pulse generator to be synchronized to an external signal, and a separate trigger output.

Available for immediate delivery, the Model 4030 is priced at $355 and comes with a company warranty, line cord and user manual.
