TriQuint Semiconductor Inc. (Hillsboro, OR) announced that it has appointed Stephanie Welty as its Chief Financial Officer effective June 1, 2005. Welty will report to TriQuint President and Chief Executive Officer Ralph Quinsey. Welty joined TriQuint in 1994, and has served as Accounting Manager and Director of Information Systems, and was appointed Vice President of Finance in 1999.
TriQuint's current Vice President of Finance and Administration and Chief Financial Officer Raymond Link has resigned from his position with TriQuint effective June 1, 2005, to accept a senior executive position at an Oregon-based technology company. Link will remain with TriQuint through June 30, 2005, to insure a seamless transition.
