Serie Design Buys Flexibox Range from Powerbox

Powerbox International AB (Sweden) announced that Serie Design AB (Sweden), a privately owned company focused on designing and producing precision mechanical products in the electronic field, has bought its Flexibox range of products. The business agreement covers product rights, trademark, tool profiles and ongoing business. As from January 2004, Serie Design will start marketing the Flexibox range of products. The business agreement enables Powerbox to focus exclusively on power converters.
