PowerGenix Corp. (San Diego, CA), a developer of rechargeable nickel-zinc (NiZn) batteries, announced the appointment of Dan Squiller as Chief Executive Officer. Squiller brings to PowerGenix an impressive track record of more than a decade in the power business with key experience in operations, strategy and marketing. Prior to joining PowerGenix, Squiller was the president of Invensys Power Components, a global manufacturer of Powerware uninterruptible power supplies, Teccor power semiconductors and Lambda power supplies.
