Power-One Inc. (Camarillo, CA), a developer of power supplies and components for the electronics industry, announced that it has named Gayla Delly to its board of directors, effective March 24, 2005. Delly currently serves as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Benchmark Electronics.
