Pentadyne Earns ISO-9001 Quality Management Certification

August 17, 2006 by Jeff Shepard

Pentadyne Power Corp. announced that it was granted certification to the ISO-9001:2000 standard of quality systems management. The ISO 9000 category has become an internationally renowned reference for quality management requirements in business-to-business dealings; a system of quality management developed by the International Organization for Standardization. ISO 9001:2000 provides a model for quality of product development, design, testing and production.

"The ISO auditing process scrutinizes virtually every aspect of a manufacturing business," said Pentadyne President & CEO Mark McGough. "ISO certification confirms to our customers, our investors, and ourselves that the processes we use and continue to improve upon lead to the creation of an exceptionally reliable, high-quality product. ISO ensures clarity in product development, consistency in production, and assurance to our customers that our product meets and exceeds their performance expectations from the day it is delivered through many years of around-the-clock operation."
