Ironwood Electronics Offers New CD-ROM 18 Catalog

Ironwood Electronics (Eagan, MN) is offering its new CD catalog version 18, which contains a number of new parts, including MLF support adapters for probing and SMT emulation, and over 150 BGA and MLF socket types with up to 10 GHz bandwidth and pitch to 0.4 mm.

The products covered include the new Giga-snaP LIF BGA socket adapters with enhanced solder ability; GHz BGA socket (up to 52 mm and 60 W); BGA sockets for all Xilinx BGA packages (and many other manufacturers); high-density 0.5 mm, GHz BGA sockets; GHz MLF sockets down to 0.3 mm pitch; spring pin sockets for pitches from 0.5 mm to 1.27 mm pitch, 7 W; many new package converters; prototyping adapters for most package types; probing adapters for most package types, including MLF/QFN; and SMT package emulation for BGA and MLF.
