The Distributed-power Open Standards Alliance (DOSA) announced that Lambda Electronics Inc. (San Diego, CA), a leading provider of standard and custom power supply solutions, has joined the industry alliance. DOSA was established in February 2004 to ensure future dc-dc product compatibility and standardization within the increasingly fragmented power converter market, and its membership includes Tyco Electronics Power Systems Inc., SynQor Inc., and Celestica Power Systems.
