Changhong Battery Co. Ltd. (China) hopes to expand its exports of electrode plates with the establishment of a joint lab with Toshiba (Japan). Changhong Battery has introduced four battery production lines with a production capacity of 300 units per minute.
This year, Changhong Battery has already exported 783,000 units, higher by 290 percent compared with the same period last year. Changhong Battery earned about $0.05 million in exports from January to July this year at a growth ratio of about 285 percent.
