ARSC to Acquire Hydrogen Fuel Cell Technology Company

July 31, 2005 by Jeff Shepard

American Security Resources Corp. (ARSC, Houston, TX), a company specializing in products or services for homeland security and national defense, announced that it has initiated discussions to acquire a company with patents pending for hydrogen fuel cells, which can be used as energy sources for everything from power supplies on circuit boards to larger arrays for homes, hospitals, schools, and office buildings.

The fuel cells have wide application for emergency preparedness and homeland security, as well as military field operations that require self-contained modular energy sources. ARSC expects the discussions to lead to a letter of intent in the current quarter.
