September 19, 2005 by Jeff Shepard

Fuel Cell Technologies Corp. (FCT, Kingston, ON), the parent company of Fuel Cell Technologies Ltd., a developer of solid-oxide fuel cell (SOFC) systems, announced that Allan Fowler has resigned from FCT's Board of Directors, citing the demands of his new role as President and CEO of SpiderPlow Services Inc. Fowler has served on FCT's board since August 2003 when he replaced William Slavin as ARC Financial's representative on the board. ARC Financial is FCT's single largest shareholder, holding over 28 percent of the outstanding shares.

"Allan has been an integral part of FCT's board and we are sorry to see him leave. We thank him for his dedication while on the board of FCT, and wish him all the best in his new endeavour," said FCT President and CEO John Stannard.
