Zowie Releases MBC02-MBC12 Bridge Rectifiers

Zowie Technology Corp. (Taiwan) expanded its line of sintered, glass passivated, junction bridge rectifiers with the release of the MBC02 to MBC12 rectifiers from its Superchip Supertex II Series.
With an average rectified current of 1.6A, the rectifiers feature a peak forward-surge current of 40A at 8.3ms, a reverse current of 5µA at 25°C, a forward current of 1A, and a forward voltage of 1V at 25°C. The MBC02, MBC04, MBC06, MBC08, MBC10 and MBC12 devices have peak repetitive reverse voltages of 200V, 400V, 600V, 800V, 1,000V and 1,200V, respectively.
