Zhaoqing Yingda Intros VH 1005 Series Chip Inductors

Zhaoqing Yingda Inductor Co. Ltd. (Guangdong China) introduced the new VH 1005 Series of multi-layer chip inductors, which feature a µ1 magnetic raw material and advanced monolithic structure, enabling them to achieve a Q factor >8 (100MHz) and a dc resistance ranging from 50 milliohms to 1.6 ohms.
Suitable for use in mobile devices such as cell phones, PDAs and pagers, the inductors have a self-resonant frequency ranging from 600MHz to 6GHz with inductance values of 1nH to 100nH. They are rated from 100mA to 400mA and support reflow or wave soldering. The components are shipped in 0805, 0603 and 0402 case sizes.
