Youth Electronics Intros YCWI0603 Series Inductors

Youth Electronics Co. Ltd. (Taiwan) announced the YCWI0603 Series of HF wire-wound chip inductors, which feature terminal electrodes and reduced lead content. The devices withstand interference, providing enhanced frequency performance, and exhibit good solderability, high heat resistance and resistance to solvents.

The YCWI0603 Series feature inductance values ranging from 1.8nH to 270nH, with tolerances of ±5 percent, ±10 percent and ±20 percent. They deliver a high self-resonant frequency ranging from 990MHz to 6GHz (minimum) and high Q values of 16 to 35 at 100MHz, 150MHz or 250MHz. The rated dc current is from 170mA to 0.7A, and dc resistance is from 45 milliohms to 2.3 ohms (maximum).

The inductors can be designed to customer specifications, and meet the EIA-481 standard.
