New Products Jul 07, 2002 by Jeff Shepard

Xingri Electronics Co. Ltd. (Ningxia China) announced its CA30 Series of wet tantalum electrolytic capacitors that feature a half-sealed, tubular construction with polar axial leads and sleeve insulation. Designed for high-end applications, the capacitors operate from -55 to +85 degrees C, up to 125 degrees C, and are suitable for aerospace, aviation, military and telecommunications applications.

The capacitors have a compact size, wide operating temperature range, low dc leakage, high capacitance, high environmental stability, and exhibit low temperature rise and an extended life span. The devices meet China's SJ/T10030-91 standard. Capacitance values range from 1µF to 1mF, with 10 percent or 20 percent tolerance. Rated voltages range from 6.3V to 125V. The devices measure 5(ø) x 14mm to 10(ø) x 25mm, and weigh 4g to 17g.
