Wuxi Xuyang Releases 1N60P Germanium Diodes

Wuxi Xuyang Electronics Co. Ltd. (China) released the new 1N60P type, point-contact, germanium-based diodes, which provide efficient and high linearity. The devices feature a low surge current for high-frequency demodulation, a reverse voltage of 20Vdc, a peak reverse voltage of 45V, an average rectified output current of 50mA, a peak forward current of 150mA, and a surge forward current of 500mA.

Suitable for television image detection, the product has a minimum forward current of 4mA and a maximum reverse current of 50µA. Under the junction temperature of 75°C, the junction capacitance is 1pF, and rectification efficiency is 55% minimum. Minimum order is 10,000 pieces with a lead time of 15 days ARO.
