Wuxi Xuyang Intros SS12-SS16 Series Rectifiers

Wuxi Xuyang Electronics Co. Ltd. (China) introduced its new surface-mount SS12 to SS16 Series of Schottky barrier rectifiers, which feature a JEDEC DO-214AC molded plastic body case; solder plating (and solderable per MIL-STD750) terminals; and color-band-denoted, cathode-end polarity. The rectifiers are suitable for use in low-voltage, high-frequency inverters; and free wheeling and polarity protection applications.

The devices have built-in strain relief, low power loss, high efficiency and a guard-ring for over-voltage protection. The repetitive peak-reverse voltage is 20V to 60V, the rms voltage is 14V to 42V, and the dc blocking voltage is 20Vdc to 60Vdc. The thermal resistance is 88°C/W while the soldering temperature is 250°C. Minimum order is 10,000 pieces and the lead time is 15 days.
