Wall Industries Intros HCD DC/DC Converters

Wall Industries (Exeter NH) introduced the new HCD Series of dual-output dc/dc converters, which offer users 100W in the industry-standard half-brick size and footprint. The series has an input range of 18V to 75V and dual outputs of +3.3Vout and +5Vout, or +2.5Vout and +5Vout, or +3.3Vout and +2.5Vout. Any current combinations can be used up to the maximum wattage and current.

Other standard features include tight line/load regulation, continuous short-circuit protection, 1,500Vdc input/output isolation trim feature on both rails, and remote on/off and efficiencies of 85 percent (typical). Prices in OEM quantities range from $74.00 to $76.00, depending upon the model.
