Tripp Lite Releases Wide 42U SmartRack Enclosure Maximize Cooling Efficiency

Tripp Lite has added a new wide 42U model to its popular line of SmartRack™ enclosures. The SR42UBWD enclosure is well suited for high-density installations where cooling efficiency is a key consideration. Its extra width enables cables and PDUs to be mounted to the sides, where they will not block airflow through the enclosure. This assures maximum cooling efficiency for mission-critical rack equipment.

Key features and benefits incude: 29.5-in. (750mm) width optimizes airflow through enclosure; 4 interior vertical posts with unthreaded square hole openings; 3,000-lb. stationary/2,250-lb. rolling load capacity; locking, removable, reversible front and rear doors; locking, removable side panels with doors; and rolls through standard 7-ft. doorways.
