TRACO Electronic Intros THD-15 Series DC-DC Converters

TRACO Electronic AG (Zurich, Switzerland) introduced its new THD-15 Series of isolated, high-performance dc-dc converters with 15 W output power, which are fully encapsulated with dimensions of 1.0 in x 1.0 in x 0.4 in (25.4 mm x 25.4 mm x 10.0 mm), and conform to industry-standard pin assignments of the common 1 in x 2 in platform.

The THD-15 Series offers input ranges of 18 Vdc to 36 Vdc or 36 Vdc to 75 Vdc with single outputs of 3.3 Vdc, 5.0 Vdc, 12 Vdc, and 15 Vdc, and dual output models with ±12 Vdc and ±15 Vdc. Product features 1,500 Vdc isolation, tight output regulation, remote on/off control functions, operational efficiencies to 87 percent, and an operating temperature range of –25 °C to +71 °C.
