Tachima Tech Releases SS2802 VFM DC Voltage Converters

Tachima Tech Corp. (Taiwan) released its SS2802 VFM step-up, dc-dc voltage converters, which are suitable for cameras, camcorders, VCRs, PDAs, electronic data banks and hand-held communications devices. Featuring an accuracy of ±2.5%, the devices have an efficiency of 80% and output voltage of 2.7 V, 2.8 V, 3 V, 3.2 V, 3.3 V, 3.6 V, 3.8 V, 4.5 V or 5 V. The dc-dc voltage converters come in SOT-89 packages and have low ripple and noise.
