Global Power Technologies Group’s SiC Diode assortment is the largest in the Industry, starting with 600V, 650V, 1200V, 1700V and  3,300V in SMD and thru hole package styles.      

The AMP Plus Trademark guarantees their SiC Diodes are all rated at 175°C junction temperature, which certifies that the current you are getting is the full-forward current when utilizing our product in your applications. When you see the AMP Plus logo, you are guaranteed our Junction Temperature to be 175°C rating. You don’t need to worry about “specmanship.”
