Shenzhen Capacitors Industrial Co. Ltd. (China) announced its new CA45 Series of chip tantalum capacitors, designed for use in military equipment, PCs and mobile phones, which exhibits a dc leakage current of 0.01CRUR or 0.5µA (whichever is greater) at 20 degrees C.
The surface-mount device is available with capacitance values of 0.1µF to 100µF with ±10 percent and ±20 percent tolerance levels and voltage ratings from 4V to 35V. The component operates from -55 to +125 degrees C and has a lifespan of 2,000h.
