Shenda Rectifier Intros KS Series Thyristors

Leqing Municipal Shenda Rectifier Fty. (China) introduced its new KS (3CT) Series of general thyristors, which incorporate two thyristors that are connected in parallel and sealed within the same tube. The thyristors are designed to offer fast switching speed, high voltage resistance and high durability against temperature. They also offer high stability and long life expectancy.

The devices are suitable for light regulation, voltage regulation and speed-control applications, as well as electronic switching devices and contactless switches. The thyristors are specified to operate at temperatures ranging from -40 to +115 degrees C or from -40 to +125 degrees C.
