Sensitron Semiconductor Announces New Bridge Rectifier Assemblies

June 28, 2001 by Jeff Shepard

Sensitron Semiconductor (Deer Park, NY) announced the development of new, open construction single- and three-phase bridge rectifier assemblies. The new assemblies offer thermal impedance as low as 0.5 degrees C per Watt, with working reverse voltages from 150V to 1,000V. The devices are suitable for high-current applications and feature isolated diodes for direct heatsink mounting.

Sensitron’s new full-wave bridge rectifier assemblies feature current-surge ratings as high as 175A at 25 degrees C. Sample devices are currently available upon request.
