Semiconductor Circuits Inc. Releases 50W Converters With 4:1 Input

Semiconductor Circuits, Inc., a subsidiary of Cool Power Technologies, announced its new SC50B series: a 50W 4:1 ultra wide input range (9-36Vdc; 18-75Vdc), single & dual output converter in an industry standard footprint.
These converters are said to provide OEM’s with a reliable power source that has efficiencies > 88%, low noise, fully isolated (1500Vdc) and I/O protected. Designed for through hole mounting, it has an optional case with threaded inserts for heatsink mounting.
The devices are well suited for mobile/optical telecom, industrial and test equipment.
