Richwell Electronics Releases JN11E152MY02 Capacitors

Dongguan Richwell Electronics Co. Ltd. (China) released its JN11E152MY02 ceramic capacitors that have a capacitance of 1.5 nF, ±20% and withstand voltages up to 4 kV. Suitable for power supplies and monitors, the devices feature low internal impedance. The capacitors are available in tape-and-box packages.
