NIC Components Debuts New NACZF Series of Capacitors

August 13, 2001 by Jeff Shepard

NIC Components Corp. (Melville, NY)introduced the NACZF Series of terminal-style, low-impedance, +105 degrees C rated, surface-mount, aluminum electrolytic capacitors. Featuring impedance values as low as 0.028 (omega) (100KHz, +20 degrees C) these parts are well suited for use in output circuits of switching power supplies, dc/dc converters and voltage-regulator modules. Capacitance values from 47µF to 6,800µF are available in 6.3Vdc to 100Vdc ratings. The high-temperature, load-life test rating is 5,000 hours. There are five case sizes; all are on tape-and-reel and are compatible with reflow soldering.
