New Japan Radio Intros NJG1602HE3 DPDT IC

New Japan Radio Co. Ltd. (Japan) introduced the new NJG1602HE3 DPDT switch IC, which incorporates a logic circuit that permits one-bit control switching and is designed as an antenna switch for integration into mobile phones. The device is available in a 2.35mm x 2.35mm x 0.75mm, USB12-E3 package and operates from a 2.5V to 5.5V. It exhibits an insertion loss of 0.3dB at 900MHz - half that of previous devices.
