NenShi Communication Equipment Co. Ltd. (China) introduced its new PTC-5 PTC thermistor series, which is claimed to have a high aging coefficient, high withstanding voltage and oxidation resistance. The devices feature a normal resistance of 1 milliohm at 25°C, and 20% tolerance. Operating between the 10°C to 125°C temperature range, it has a 5mW/°C thermal dissipation constant.
