Mideal Technology Intros HDRLM-1 Series Diodes

Mideal Technology Co. Ltd. (Taiwan) introduced the new HDRLM-1 Series of high-power laser diode modules, which are available with operating wavelengths of 635nm, 650nm or 670nm, and are capable of delivering an elliptical beam with an output power between 100mW to 1W. The 77mm x 85mm x 20mm devices operate from a 3Vdc to 12Vdc source and draw 2.5A at 6Vdc. They have a minimum focus range of 6mm and minimum beam divergence of 1mrad. The operating temperature range is from 0°C to 40°C.
